I love a good kimchi and I found one at Costco in the refrigerated section. They have one that is shelf stable, but I’m kind of suspicious of shelf stable foods. It usually means they’ve been super heated to kill everything inside the container, but when you’re talking about fermented foods, if you do that, there goes the helpful bacteria inside the food! So I’ll stay with the refrigerated versions like the one pictured below! Costco also has a raw sauerkraut that is really good. Fermented foods are good for the gut!
