It seems to me that there are a lot of rules being broken and there is no enforcement going on. There is a lot of bad looking landscaping. Dead trees and dead lawns. People watering all the time. Irrigation systems watering the streets and sidewalks more than the lawns. Geysers from faulty irrigation sprinklers that make it look like Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas! I don’t know much about the parking on the street at night problem because I’m usually home and in bed by 10:30pm! But I hear that’s a problem. I do a lot of walking around the neighborhood and come across a lot of cars blocking the sidewalk, but I don’t complain because I just walk around them. The problem is if there are kids on the way to school that makes them drive into the street, so not cool. And speaking about kids going to school, there are a lot of electric scooters being used and I don’t get any warnings from them as they pass me by. All I would like is a little warning like on your left, a horn beep or a bell ring. I just don’t want to get my bell rung! Also, those kids should be wearing helmets and elbow pads. If they do fall off there could be some serious damage done!
