My wife and I went to the pool the other day. We were looking for a spot that had clean little side tables. Took us a while, but we finally found one. When we left I asked the person at the counter if we should start bringing our own cleaning supplies to clean the tables around the pool. She puts on the shocked face look and said “I think we just wiped those tables yesterday”. Good one! We’ve entered the pool area and there has been dog poop (or some other animal) on the pool deck. Maybe they thought it was the poop deck! Tables are dirty. I forgot to check if the rust on the umbrella bases is gone. I’ve been complaining about that for a while. You know, we go to other communities and the people who work there know that they are in the service business and act accordingly. Here, its pretty much you get what you get, take it or leave it. Who’s job is it to wipe off the tables? Counter staff says its the maintenance guy and he probably says its the counter people. Oh well.
