Paving the streets in Hampton Lakes

So they are going to be paving all the streets in Hampton Lakes except for Hampton Blvd and the east part of East Hampton Circle during the summer of 2026. It took just 20 years after the incorporation of this community to get to this point. 20 years. And it will probably be another 20 years for the now expanded number of homes going in to be built out! The reason for not paving Hampton Blvd and east Hampton Circle to the east is because they think the continuing construction traffic is going to pulverize whatever they put in. To that I say how does Riverhall Parkway look? That road gets all the construction at higher rates of speed and it looks just fine. Also, they resurfaced a big portion of East Hampton Circle because of all the crazy potholes two years ago and it looks just fine. It hasn’t been finished. That’s just the bottom layer and it has held up just fine. Pave all the streets! 🙂
