Radio Commercial for Hampton Lakes!

Just driving back from Punta Gorda this morning listening to WINK FM and heard a commercial for Pulte and Lennar homes in Hampton Lakes and River Hall starting from the low 200s. I guess there isn’t enough demand anymore to just sit back and wait for people to walk in the model front door! I have a Pulte home (love it!) and I heard the salesmen were limited to selling just two homes a month because of supply issues. I hope that’s all cleared up! If not, I hope soon because I want this neighborhood built and all the construction traffic gone! Wouldn’t that be nice? And have all the roads paved with their final coating of asphalt! That would be nice! Darn sewer covers!

Did you hear that you can tell a Pulte home from a Lennar home just by looking at the roof tiles? Supposedly, Pulte homes all have rounded roof tiles and Lennar has flat roof tiles. But if you look at the new models by the entrance, The Pulte models have flat roof tiles! Hmmm, maybe they had to settle for those because of the supply chain issues? Don’t know for sure…
