So the following chicken dinner was Friday night. Plenty of leftovers for the week! There were 12 leg and thigh quarters in the 10 lb bag that I bought for $4.98. We had some for lunch the next day. We went out for pizza Saturday night. Sunday we had leftover pizza for breakfast and lunch. Sunday’s dinner was the pork chops we bought at Winn Dixie. Check out Episode 3 for details.
