10 Easy Steps to Lose Some Weight Really Quick
Just follow these 10 easy steps to quick weight loss and you’ll feel the difference within a week!
- Stop eating starchy vegetables like potatoes (that includes fries! get the coleslaw instead!)
- Stop eating pasta and bread and anything that turns into sugar when your body metabolizes it. That includes anything made with flour like pancakes and waffles (eat bacon and eggs for breakfast! dump the cereal!) Eat the toppings off the pizza, just don’t eat the crust (unless its a cauliflower crust)
- Stop eating sugar! No sodas (not even diet soda) Drink water or unsweetened ice tea or coffee with heavy whipping cream but no sugar (you can do it. you’ll get used to no sugar)
- Stop eating fast food. So you’re cutting the carbs (sugar) and upping the fat. This will help your body to relearn to use fat for energy, not sugar. Become a fat burning beast!
- For faster weight loss, stop eating dairy. So no butter (use coconut oil or olive oil instead), no cream, no cheese, no sour cream, and no yogurt. Ease back in to dairy after the desired weight loss has happened! Also for faster weight loss, no alcohol!!!
- Stay away from processed foods. Eat proteins like wild fish, beef, pork, chicken and eggs. Have a large salad for lunch with some protein on it. Make sure your salad dressings use olive oil or avocado oil. No seed oils. Don’t forget to add sliced avocado and/or bacon. Eat vegetables like broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, asparagus and peppers for your fiber.
- Fast every now and then. That’s right! Skip a meal (or two). Once you start eating these good protein, high fat meals you’ll feel fuller longer. Only eat when your hungry, not just because its time for dinner!
- You have to start moving. Go for long walks (more than 30 minutes). Your body will now start to use fat for energy (the fat on your body).
- Don’t sit and watch TV for hours. Get up every 10 or 15 minutes, or stand up and watch an episode or sporting event. While your standing, you may as well lift some weights. Get some dumbbells. Do some stretching exercises!
- Have fun exercising! Ride a bike, play some tennis or pickleball, throw the frisbee around, badminton, etc, etc. Have some fun exercising! Play tag! Kick ball. Whatever, just do something!
